Moxi Training

This is my 3rd CRM (Customer Relationship Management) that I will be using. I started with good old KV Core, which as my first, was like most firsts. I loved it. It was exciting, overwhelming, and yet heartbreaking once I got to know it more. Then onto the second CRM, which let me just say, I was not happy about the change, but it was called Chime. Chime did not have the same spark for me as KV Core, but it served a purpose.

Chime had updated features, some I loved and some I hated. The main thing I will say is the ability to do multi-texting and emailing. That is my favorite thing, and yes, I am a person that might like to spam…shhh, let’s keep that between us. In my mind, it’s all a numbers game, so casting that large net in hopes of reeling in some fish was appealing. All things CRM seem to come to an end, so now I am here and training in Moxi.

Moxi is yet to be fully vetted, as I am in my infancy stage. However, right off the jump, I am loving a personalized website that I can control…the evil voice inside me, like Pinky and The Brain, that wants to take over the world, loves that. The other thing I think I will love is being able to do a blog like this one. I am just saying, I might have a talent here being discovered. And the other thing is, well, if I can do a blog, I can certainly do a podcast, so I am loving all this. I am not feeling overwhelmed, more like a semi-pro player now with CRMs. The final outcome looms in the distance, if I will love this CRM or hate it. Stay tuned!
